Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational graduate in Bread and Pastry, Commercial Cooking, or a related course.
- With experience in production or baking for at least 6 months
- Preferably with NC II Bread & Pastry (but not required)
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Flexible to work shifts, including graveyard, and weekends.
- Team player with good communication skills and willingness to follow recipes and company standards.
