Customer Care Consultant (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Provide consistent, accurate and outstanding service to customers; remain calm and focused when dealing with angry or dissatisfied customers.
- Maintain professional language and conduct in the workplace, being mindful of staff who are engaged in making/taking calls.
- Make/receive calls in a positive, cheerful and helpful manner.
- Display a can-do attitude towards dealing with customers.
- Achieve customer retention in Sales and Service.
- Maintain good working relationships with all staff and all departments to eliminate conflict and errors with customers to maximise dealership profitability.
- Offer preventative maintenance services (i.e., Wipers/ Rotate wheels/ Wheel alignments).
- Other duties as delegated by the Customer Care Centre Manager.
- Make suggestions for improvements as appropriate.
Role Accountabilities:
- Build rapport with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
- Carry out data entry duties accurately and within time frames.
- Actively embrace, demonstrate and foster the client's values
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proven inbound & outbound call centre experience.
- Precise attention to detail and a high level of data entry accuracy.
- Polite and positive phone manner.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to go the extra mile for each client customer.
- Respectful attitude towards all staff members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
