Executive Pastry Chef- Responsible for ensuring every team member is working effectively and efficiently improving morale and employee relations.
- Leading and managing the quality/quantity of items produced by the Pastry department, coordinating the production as it relates to banquet and restaurant functions.
- Supervising and managing team members, train as necessary in the preparation and presentation of the items.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Pastry Chef in a large 5 star international hotel.
- 7 years' experience working in all areas of a large hotel kitchen, 5 years of which in a senior leadership role in a Pastry Department within a luxury hotel preferred.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a high-volume pastry kitchen operation, preferably in a Hotel/Casino environment.
