AU RTO Procurement and Contract Management Trainer & Assessor (TAE Cert IV) - Remote

One of them, a top-tier Australian RTO, is on the lookout for a passionate Trainer and Assessor to guide students through procurement and contract management qualifications. You’ll be the voice of reason, clarity, and encouragement they need to succeed.

• You’ll be assessing student work, providing clear and constructive feedback, and helping future procurement professionals thrive. From grading assignments to jumping into moderation and RTO compliance, you’ll be the glue that holds assessment quality together.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Mark assignments and projects using set guides.
• Offer timely, helpful feedback.
• Keep up-to-date with course content changes.
• Help shape and refine assessment materials.
• Support students who need a bit more help.
• Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency.
• Stay compliant with RTO standards (and ethical ones too).

Job Requirements:

• You care about student success.
• You’re organized and self-motivated.
• You value fairness, clarity, and standards.
• You’ve got great written and verbal English.
• You’re ready to step up, even when remote.

• You’ve assessed in an RTO or similar setting.
• You know your way around procurement and contracts.
• You’ve ideally used Moodle (or something like it).
• You’re either TAE-certified (Cert IV) or keen to get there.

• You like a laugh (yes, emojis are welcome).
• You give and take feedback like a pro.
• You prefer collaboration over silos.
• You’re flexible, chill, but still hit deadlines.
• You work hard but know life outside work matters too.

• Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
• Remote from anywhere in the Philippines.
