Qualifications- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or patient support is a plus
- Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, headset)
- Willingness to work night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time)
- Provide inbound phone support to patients, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and medication refill coordination
- Respond to basic inquiries about lab results and services
- Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards
- Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience
