Job Title: Korean Bilingual Finance and Accounting Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)

Schedule: Day Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Korean Bilingual Finance and Accounting Specialist to support financial operations and ensure accurate processing of accounting transactions. The role requires strong communication skills in both Korean and English, along with a solid background in finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day finance and accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and on time
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Communicate with Korean-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation

Qualifications:

Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting (fresh graduates may be considered depending on proficiency)
Knowledge of accounting systems and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work onsite in BGC on a day shift schedule

Nice to Have:

Experience in shared services or BPO setup
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
