Qualifications- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Psychology or Education.
- Advantage if with certification for Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Instructional Technology, Learning Measurement & Analytics or related field.
- Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in driving training and engagement.
- Ideally with combined vendor and in-house experience
- Experience designing and developing eLearning solutions with demonstrable learning measurements. Familiarity with Instructional Design tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to effectively connect with people.
- Organizational, planning and time management skills.
