Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the overall growth and development of the Philippine Football Federation team. This full-time position is based in Carmona,Cavite.

• Design, develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organisation's employees
• Assess training needs by conducting surveys, interviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops using a variety of delivery methods
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements
• Maintain training records and provide progress reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development or training role
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants
• Proficient in designing and developing training materials, including e-learning content
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and develop solutions
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training to different learning styles
• Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
