The Kitchen Crew is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are followed. They support kitchen operations to help provide customers with high-quality food and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces according to recipes and standards.
Assist in cooking, assembling, and plating food items.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools as needed.
Receive, organize, and store food supplies properly.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Perform other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or manager.
