Role Overview
Join our cybersecurity operations team and play a critical role in protecting enterprise networks and cloud environments.
As a Network Security Engineer, you will lead the management and optimization of firewall and Zscaler environments, ensuring secure connectivity, policy enforcement, and threat prevention across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve network security strategies in a dynamic enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage firewall and Zscaler operations, ensuring availability, performance, and security compliance
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall policies and cloud-based security controls
- Implement and enforce network security policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
- Analyze security logs and traffic patterns to identify threats and recommend mitigation actions
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to integrate security controls into enterprise architecture
- Support incident response activities related to network and perimeter security
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to security configurations and processes
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development
