Sales Coordinator

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and product availability.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, inventory checks, and invoice documentation.
• Maintain and update client records, contracts, and account information in CRM or ERP systems.
• Customer Communication
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding products, pricing, and order status.
• Relay client feedback and concerns to the sales team and relevant departments for resolution.
• Prepare and send follow-up emails, promotional materials, and proposals as needed.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline summaries, and order tracking updates.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics and highlight gaps or opportunities.
• Team Coordination
• Organize and schedule sales meetings, training sessions, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Process Improvement
• Suggest improvements in the sales process, documentation, and client experience based on feedback and observations.
