Key Responsibilities- Supervise beauty advisors in store and be their head office point of contact
- Maintain relationships with agency coordinators for provincial and remote locations
- Train, motivate, and mentor beauty advisors to increase sales performance
- Monitor inventory movement, orders, and basic operational records such as attendance, sales encoding and administrative and disciplinary records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s or 4-year degree preferably in Business
- Excellent negotiation and communication both verbally and written
- Strong personality with leadership potential to lead beauty advisors
- Great communicator in Tagalog and English
- 1 year of experience in an FMCG or consignor brand preferred, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Open to working onsite in Caloocan, Monday to Saturday
