Fund Onboarding Analyst | 2x - 4x RTO Month | Night Shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Onboarding Analyst to support fund administration, investor onboarding, and financial data migration activities within a fast-paced investment operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Onboarding & Migration

Support end-to-end onboarding and migration of private capital and investment funds
Perform investor and entity setup, account maintenance, and data validation
Coordinate fund transitions and ensure accurate migration into internal systems

Fund Accounting & Reporting

Assist in preparation and review of NAV reports, trial balances, and financial reports
Perform reconciliations of GL accounts, capital accounts, and investor allocations
Support audit readiness and preparation of supporting schedules

Compliance & Operational Support

Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews including FATCA/CRS validations
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across systems
Support process improvement initiatives and operational workflow enhancements

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with operations, finance, and technology teams for onboarding activities
Support issue resolution and reporting requirements within agreed timelines
Participate in UAT testing and process enhancement initiatives when required

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Experience in fund administration, onboarding, accounting operations, or data migration
Strong understanding of fund accounting and reconciliations
Familiarity with NAV reporting, investor allocations, and financial reporting
Exposure to FATCA/CRS compliance processes is an advantage
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with eFront, Advent Geneva, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments
Experience supporting UAT testing and process improvement projects
Knowledge of data migration and onboarding workflows
