Job Description: We are seeking a high-performing Team Lead to oversee a specialized team of AdTech Support Specialists and/or Customer Support Specialists. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching your team to troubleshoot intermediate- to complex-level campaigns, and ensuring that advertisers receive world-class support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Monitor real-time queues (Zendesk, Salesforce) to ensure the team hits SLAs for response and resolution times.
People Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and quality audits to improve team CSAT and technical proficiency.
Technical Escalations: Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues involving campaign setup, TikTok/Meta Pixel tracking, and billing.
Strategic Feedback: Identify recurring product issues and collaborate with the client to improve the platform and internal workflows.

Requirements:

Experience: 2–4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a BPO or Digital Advertising environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
Expertise: Deep understanding of digital ad metrics (CPC, CPM, conversion tracking) and troubleshooting tools.
Availability: Must be able to start by May 18 and work the night shift.
