Retail Marketing Associate
AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)
The Marketing Associate (Retail) supports the Retail Marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns on offline advertising channels —including but not limited to out-of-home, mall, and radio ads, with the objective of growing the brand awareness and presence, traffic to offline sales channels and the company’s new and returning customer base.She/He works closely with internal Brand Marketing team and external partners to operationalize the online sales channel strategy and executions of the brand.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Retail Marketing Management
▪Supports the Assistant Retail Marketing Manager in the conceptualization of retail marketing initiatives to help Sunnies Studios effectively launch new products and service, successfully open new stores and optimize performance of existing stores— ensuring executions are tailor fit to local communities and mall market profiles while adhering to brand standards and identity
▪Support the execution of retail marketing campaigns — including but not limited to out-of-home, mall, and radio ads
▪Support the development of job orders, promo synopses, operation/customer experience briefs and other documents needed to actualize retail marketing plans
▪Collaborate with Operations and Business Development teams to ensure on-ground insights are applied to retail marketing strategies and executions
▪Perform administrative tasks needed to actualize retail marketing plans

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field- 3 years of work experience invisual merchandising, customer experience, marketing, brand management, or similar. Visual merchandising strategy is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, good stress and risk management, and goal-oriented
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar tools required
