General Report To: General Manager

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, willing to learn, and excited to contribute to our brand’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Support the implementation of innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Research and identify influencers that align with Dermadry’s brand values and coordinate initial outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to gather accurate insights, testimonials, and endorsements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in cross-functional tasks related to marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform related tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Some experience or internship in marketing, content creation, or social media management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of or interest in the medical community is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, Slack).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable laptop or computer with up-to-date hardware and software capabilities.
• A stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Backup laptop or computer and internet connection to ensure consistent productivity.
• Familiarity with basic design tools and willingness to learn new tools.

• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Montreal Time
• Working hours are flexible based on role demands.

• A Philcare ER Vantage Plus 80 for adults, with a coverage limit of 80,000 PHP.
• Five (5) days of paid vacation credits annually (prorated on tenure).
• 15% Night differential from 8 am to 5 pm Montreal Time.
• Half of the statutory 13th-month pay (prorated on the tenure).
