Coolblue VA is expanding our team and seeking a skilled Dental Virtual Assistant to help us provide outstanding service and support to our clients.

• Provide administrative assistance to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing inquiries
• Check insurance verification and authorizations for dental procedures
• Assist with virtual consultations and follow-ups to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Manage communication channels, including email, phone calls, and online chat, addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with dental suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
• Support marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation

• Proven experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant for at least a year or have at least worked in a BPO/VA agency handling Dental Insurance for at least a year
• Experience with US dental insurance is a must
• Proficiency in US dental software and administrative tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Amenable to start at $5/hr starting salary
• LOCAL DENTAL ASSISTANT/DENTAL MEDICINE NOT ACCEPTED

• Dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC + backup device)
• Windows 11, 8GB RAM, i5 processor minimum
• For Mac: Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) or Intel-based Mac equivalent
• Internet & Power Requirements
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)
• Power backup (UPS, generator, alternative power source, or backup laptop)
