What you'll be doing- Define and enforce service quality standards for service desk operations.
- Review tickets, calls, and workflows to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory, and hospital policies.
- Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities in service delivery.
- Partner with training and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
- Track and report on quality KPIs, audit results, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Support internal and external audits related to service desk operations.
- Experience in service quality management within healthcare or regulated IT environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service desk best practices.
- Ability to analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
