Quality Analyst (Ads Manager / Digital Marketing – BPO)
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality audits on support interactions related to Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Business
- Evaluate cases involving campaign setup, targeting, bidding models, and ad performance concerns
- Validate agent understanding of CPC, CPM, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Assess how effectively agents interpret campaign data and recommend solutions
- Identify quality gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to address performance gaps
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in QA, customer support, or technical support in a BPO or AdTech environment
- Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and Ads Manager platforms
- Experience handling advertiser concerns and campaign-related inquiries
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Business
- Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, targeting, and conversion tracking
- Experience analyzing campaign data and identifying optimization opportunities
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to evaluate agent performance based on data interpretation and campaign handling accuracy
