About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Megawide Construction Corporation. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for our organisation, with a focus on driving employee engagement, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.This is a full-time position based in Taytay Rizal.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's business objectives
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programmes
- Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organisational culture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably within the construction industry
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation
- Ability to think strategically and drive organisational change
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a commitment to employee development
