The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions of the company, ensuring smooth and effective management of employees while supporting business operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, including concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor employee performance and support performance evaluation processes
- Coordinate payroll processing and administration of benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Lead employee engagement and company culture initiatives
- Provide HR support and advice to management
