Beauty Consultant key responsibilities:
Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of current beauty, skincare, and cosmetic trends, ingredients, and product compatibility across diverse brands. Exceptional communication and active listening skills to accurately assess client needs, conduct quick skin/makeup consultations, and provide personalized recommendations.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, perform product demonstrations, and effectively upsell and link-sell complementary products. Strong attention to detail to maintain pristine, visually appealing, and well-stocked product displays and testers while strictly adhering to hygiene standards.
Qualifications/Requirements- No gender preference (Legal Age).
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in retail, customer service, or a goal-oriented environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Can provide pre-employment requirements.
