Training Supervisor

Role Overview:
As a Learning and Development Supervisor at Cleanfuel, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee performance by designing and delivering impactful training programs. Your focus will be on key soft skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and customer service.You will assess training needs, improve learning systems, and ensure that all training initiatives are effective.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and promoting continuous learning for both Head Office and field employees. You will also provide mentorship and leadership to Field Trainers and Roving Supervisors, ensuring consistent training standards across the company.In addition, you will manage training records, reports, and evaluations using platforms like Jotform and other systems.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Certification in CPTM is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills training.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities, with a passion for teaching and helping others grow.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading a team of trainers.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Training Supervisor.
- Expertise in various training methods and a track record of fostering effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for creating dynamic training presentations.
- Knowledge of video editing and tools for enhancing training content.
