Associate - Merchant Onboarding - Makati

Job Description:

• To do compliance checking, scanning and uploading of required business documents for all new merchant registration.
• To accurately encode merchant data details on all onboarding platform for both online and offline registration.
• To coordinate to checker and approver for all onboarded registration.
• To work with our internal merchant evaluation, compliance, account management, sales and operation quality assurance team to manage and ensure accuracy of the merchant onboarding journey, operational activities and required detailed reports.
• To provide support and assistance to the Merchant Administration Head in delivering services and tasks.
• Monitors daily should there be any update related to merchant onboarding and maintain and update a Masterfile as assigned.
• To align the team with management directives by implementing strategic policies and initiatives related to operational functions.
• To provide timely and accurate required report submissions as needed by internal and external clients.
• To comply with all other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College in any field, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Strong ethics
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload Preferred
• Experienced or Skilled in data entry
• Experience in an underwriting, compliance, risk, or similar function
• Good understanding of the payments industry
• Must be amenable to work in Makati City;
