Onboarding Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Officer to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both Operations and Internal new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Onboarding: Facilitate the complete onboarding process, from pre-hire preparations to the first day and beyond.
• Program Development: Create and maintain onboarding materials and programs to enhance new hire experiences.
• Facilitation: Conduct onboarding sessions, orientations, and training for diverse groups of new employees.
• HR Engagement: Collaborate with HR and department managers to promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordination: Manage onboarding logistics, including documentation, scheduling, and system setup.
• HRIS Management: Utilize PeopleStrong HRIS for onboarding processes (experience with PeopleStrong is a plus).

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an onboarding or HR-related role.
• Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• HRIS Proficiency: Familiarity with PeopleStrong or other HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Engagement Initiatives: Proven experience in HR engagement activities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable managing onboarding for both Operations and Corporate roles.
