We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our ecommerce clients.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and that their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver a consistent level of service
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the ecommerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and provide effective solutions
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
