Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is currently hiring Customer Service Associates for multiple accounts located in Cebu IT Park. This is an onsite opportunity for candidates who want to start or grow their careers in the BPO industry.
We have openings across several industries including Banking, Financial Services, Retail, and E-commerce. Successful applicants will assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.
Available Accounts & Salary Packages:
Banking Account (Massive Hiring!)- ₱19,000 – with 0–5 months CSR voice experience
- ₱22,000 – with 6–11 months CSR voice experience
- ₱24,000 – with 12 months or more CSR voice experience
- Up to ₱21,000 salary package
- Up to ₱17,500 salary package
- Up to ₱15,000 salary package
- ₱15,000 – 0–5 months CCE
- ₱15,800 – 6–23 months CCE
- ₱17,300 – 2 years and above CCE
Qualifications:
- High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
- CEFR B1 to B2 level or higher depending on the account
- Customer service or voice experience is preferred but not always required
- Good English communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
