Role Overview

We are looking for a fresh graduate with a strong curiosity for AI—someone who has created their first short video, explored AI image and video tools, and is eager to go further. In this role, you will produce AI-generated images and videos, build and refine creative workflows, and contribute to shaping new AI-driven products.

This is a discovery-oriented position where you will help define how AI is used at scale within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Create AI-generated visual content

Produce compelling still images, short-form videos, and motion content using AI image and video generation tools. Ensure outputs meet creative standards across digital, social, and product platforms.

Build and document AI workflows

Develop end-to-end creative pipelines using tools such as Kling (video), Nano Banana (image), and ElevenLabs (voice). Optimize processes, improve output quality, and document workflows for scalability and team use.

Support AI-driven product development

Collaborate with R&D and IT teams to contribute to AI-powered products and features. Translate creative concepts into proof-of-concept assets that help guide product direction.

Develop prompt engineering expertise

Strengthen skills in prompting, model selection, and parameter tuning across image, video, and audio tools. Maintain a library of prompts, references, and visual style guides.

Stay updated on AI trends and tools

Monitor emerging platforms, models, and techniques. Conduct experiments, evaluate new tools, and share insights that enhance team capabilities.

Apply creative judgment

Go beyond default AI outputs by applying strong creative direction. Ensure generated content feels intentional, refined, and aligned with creative goals.

Image Generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Nano Banana, OpenArt
Video Generation: Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma, HeyGen, Synthesia
Voice & Audio: ElevenLabs
Design Platforms: Canva AI Pro
Recent graduate from any field (e.g., Communications, Multimedia Arts, Film, Fine Arts, Design, Computer Science); self-taught creators are also welcome.
Has produced at least one short video (personal project, academic output, or freelance work) that demonstrates storytelling and visual sensibility.
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for image and/or video generation, with a portfolio of created work.
Demonstrates genuine curiosity about AI, including both its applications and underlying concepts.
Strong visual sense, including composition, color, motion, and pacing.
Able to work in ambiguous environments and quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Preferably resides near the Quezon City office to support a hybrid work setup.
