Multimedia Creative Lead

We’re looking for a Multimedia Creative Lead who can bring ideas to life and guide a team of designers across different mediums. This role will oversee graphic designers, video editors, and multimedia artists, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand direction and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, and multimedia designers
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative assets for digital, social, and on-ground campaigns
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and storytelling across all materials
• Review and approve designs, videos, and multimedia outputs before release
• Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and other teams to translate briefs into compelling creatives
• Manage timelines, workloads, and project deliverables within the team
• Stay updated on design, video, and content trends to continuously elevate creative output

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and multimedia work
• Proficiency in industry tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and related platforms)
• Hands-on capability in both static and motion content (video editing skills are highly preferred)
• Strong eye for design, storytelling, and detail
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Additional Notes:

• Must be amenable to working onsite in BGC on a daily basis
• Preferably has their own laptop
