About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact Recruitment Manager to build and scale our hiring engine in a fast-growing tech startup. This role goes beyond traditional talent acquisition—you will drive hiring strategy, build talent pipelines from the ground up, and use data to influence workforce decisions.

You’ll lead a lean TA team while working closely with founders and business leaders to attract top talent across all levels—including critical leadership roles as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

Build & Scale Recruitment
  • Own and execute end-to-end hiring strategy in a fast-growing environment
  • Translate aggressive hiring plans into scalable, practical recruitment approaches
  • Personally drive hiring for critical, hard-to-fill, and niche roles
  • Support and lead hiring for key leadership and executive positions as needed
Lead a Lean, High-Performing Team
  • Manage and develop Talent Acquisition Leads
  • Set clear KPIs focused on speed, quality, and accountability
  • Foster a high-ownership, results-driven team culture
Partner with Business Leaders
  • Work closely with founders and department heads on hiring plans and talent strategy
  • Help define leadership profiles and success criteria for key roles
  • Provide market insights on talent availability and hiring challenges
Own Talent Data & Insights
  • Track and optimize hiring metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality of hire)
  • Use data to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes
  • Support workforce planning through actionable insights
Optimize Processes
  • Build efficient, scalable recruitment processes without unnecessary complexity
  • Ensure effective use of ATS and hiring tools
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows and candidate experience
Strengthen Employer Brand
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Help position the company as a strong destination for tech and leadership talent
Contribute to Talent Management
  • Partner on internal mobility, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Align hiring with long-term organizational capability building
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to hire for both technical roles and selective leadership positions
  • Experience leading recruiters while remaining hands-on
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven hiring
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to execute and adapt quickly
