Print Product Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of printing processes, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Configuration: Set up and manage print product specifications within the company’s internal system to meet client and production requirements.
• Product Standardization: Ensure all print products adhere to company quality standards and implement consistent product options across facilities.
• Workflow Coordination: Utilize the online internal system to route print products accurately and efficiently to the appropriate production facilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, facility managers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of print jobs.
• Quality Assurance: Review product configurations and workflows to identify and address any inconsistencies or errors.
• Reporting: Generate and maintain records of product configurations and workflows for documentation purposes and improvements.
• System Optimization: Suggest enhancements to the internal system to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Printing Technology, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in print production, workflow coordination, or using online systems for routing is preferred.
• Solid understanding of printing processes and technologies (e.g., digital or offset printing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using internal systems or print management platforms is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in Excel is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
