Knowledgeable and results-driven Product Specialist responsible for the marketing, promotion and sales of our products. The Product Specialist serves as the expert on product features, benefits, and customer service and acts as the bridge between the market and CS team to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in assigned products including features, benefits, use and care.
• Support the Customer Service team with product knowledge, demos, and technical assistance.
• Conduct market survey to identify customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with Customer Service teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing content.
• Deliver product presentations to customers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.

• Updated Resume (with photo preferred)
• Valid Government ID
• NBI and Police Clearance or Proof of Application PLUS Barangay Clearance
• Diploma/Transcript of Records (if applicable)
• 1x1 or 2x2 Recent Photo

Remarks

• Proven experience in sales or product support.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and willingness to learn the product
