About the role
As a Branch Sales Manager at BOF, INC. (A Rural Bank), you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our branch located in Floridablanca, Pampanga. In this role, you will lead business development initiatives, expand our loan and d eposit portfolio, and build lasting partnerships with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in your assigned community.

What you'll be doing- Drive loan and d eposit growth through proactive sales and field-based business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSME clients and community partners
- Lead client acquisition efforts and expand the branch’s market presence
- Originate quality loans and ensure a healthy, sustainable credit portfolio
- Represent the bank in community events, networking activities, and local business groups
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or lending
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Deep understanding of MSME clients and local market dynamics (preferred)
- Leadership experience is a plus for Manager-level candidates
