Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper who will maintain accurate financial records, process supplier payments, monitor construction project expenses, and support the company’s accounting and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Record daily accounting and bookkeeping transactions
- Prepare payment vouchers, checks, and bank-transfer documents
- Verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, delivery receipts, and supporting documents
- Monitor accounts payable, receivables, cash advances, and liquidations
- Track material, labor, equipment, supplier, and subcontractor expenses per project
- Prepare bank reconciliations and basic financial reports
- Assist in payroll, taxation, and government compliance
- Maintain organized physical and digital accounting records
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Project Managers, suppliers, management, and auditors
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related course
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred
- Construction accounting experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, payment processing, bank reconciliation, payroll, and basic taxation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Organized, trustworthy, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may apply
