Accounting Sup. / Asst. Manager — Step Up to Accounting OIC | Up to ₱50,000

What you’ll do:

• Run day-to-day Accounting operations as OIC — AP, AR, General Ledger, Treasury
• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting Team
• Own month-end closing and on-time delivery of financial reports
• Work with our finance consultant and AI tools to strengthen controls and processes
• Prepare dashboards and reports that drive executive decisions

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• Experience supervising or leading people in a finance or accounting function
• Solid grasp of core accounting cycles (closing, reconciliation, reporting)
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• High integrity with confidential financial information
• Willingness to learn new systems and AI tools fast

Nice to have (not required):

• CPA license
• SAP ERP / SAP Business One or other ERP exposure
• Experience preparing management reports

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱50,000/month — final offer based on leadership capability, experience, and overall fit. For most supervisors and assistant managers, this is a promotion in both title and pay.
