Key Responsibilities
- Ensure CIS efficiency, effectiveness, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Translate business requirements into technical/user specifications and
- Lead functional validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and recommend communication plans for system updates and
- Design and develop new customer application systems to support compliance,
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and propose mitigating measures.
- Monitor system health, generate KPIs and reports, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and external stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, acquire certifications, and adopt best
- Business Requirements elicitation & documentation
- Gap assessment & enhancement recommendation
- System rules, parameters, and configuration setup
- Testing & Quality Assurance (QA)
- Systems integration knowledge
- User training & documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering,
- Preferably with experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, System
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have passed the Programmer Aptitude Test (PAT).
