Accountant – ERP Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant with ERP Systems experience to join our team. This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leveraging ERP systems to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and journal entries.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• ERP Systems & Process Optimization
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations within the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot ERP-related accounting modules.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to implement improvements in ERP processes.
• Train end-users on ERP accounting functions and ensure proper system utilization.
• Generate financial and management reports using ERP tools for decision-making.

• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
• Ensure proper controls and accuracy of financial data within the ERP system.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as an Accountant with hands-on ERP system expertise.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in ERP implementation or system migration.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
