SELLING SUPERVISOR
- Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends.
- Meets or surpasses the sales target of the department within the specified period.
- Attends to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution.
- Knows and understands the brands, styles, sizes, trends, materials, price points, sources, uses and features of all merchandise under the department.
- Maintain inventory and stock control
- Monitors accuracy of receivers in validating Receiving Authorization vs Sales Invoice ensure that such document do not reflect any discrepancy, to avoid quantity adjustments.
- Monitors feedback from report sent to merchandising which covers code items included in the 100 days inventory.
- Proper housekeeping is at highest level of standards and in compliant with Clean and Fresh policy, ensure that there is no signs of infestation in the area.
- Ensure that all employees are compliant company rules and regulations.
- Timely and accuracy in the preparation of reports.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course or Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail/service-oriented company
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
