Job Summary:
We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a proactive Sales & Appointment Setting VA to own our customer intake and drive outbound growth. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, manage bookings end-to-end, and run outbound campaigns to bring in new business.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take real ownership of a core part of a growing business. You'll have the autonomy to shape how intake and booking run, work closely with a supportive owner, and see the direct impact of your outreach on company growth.
We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a proactive Sales & Appointment Setting VA to own our customer intake and drive outbound growth. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, manage bookings end-to-end, and run outbound campaigns to bring in new business.
The ideal candidate has a strong phone presence, thrives on ownership, and has experience in cleaning or a related home/field-services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and capture lead details accurately
- Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments to keep the calendar full and organized
- Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring all customer records and pipeline stages are up to date
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new bookings
- Plan and send email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads
- Follow up with leads and customers to confirm details and reduce no-shows
- Provide day-to-day operational support to keep intake and scheduling running smoothly
- Track activity and report on bookings, follow-ups, and outreach results
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in cleaning services or an adjacent home/field-services business
- Strong phone presence with confident, clear, and professional verbal communication
- Proficiency with CRM and booking systems (Booking Koala experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with both inbound customer handling and outbound cold calling
- Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Self-starter who can take ownership of intake and booking processes
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Booking Koala specifically
- Background in appointment setting or sales support
- Experience running email marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfort building and following SOPs for intake and scheduling
