Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (PFRS/IFRS) and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and supporting schedules in coordination with the AP, AR, and Treasury teams.
- Post and review adjusting journal entries in the accounting system to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct month-end petty cash count and validation, ensuring proper documentation, reconciliation, and cash control compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial statement packages, audit schedules, and supporting documents for review by the Financial Reporting Officer.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget reports and perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
