Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions within a manufacturing environment with multi-site operations and a unionized workforce.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, strengthen employee and labor relations, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) provisions.

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and execute end-to-end HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR systems
  • Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning
  • Implement performance management systems and talent development programs
  • Build a high-performing and future-ready workforce
⚖️ Employee & Labor Relations
  • Manage union relations, including CBA negotiation, interpretation, and administration
  • Handle grievance processes and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee HRIS and HR technologies to ensure efficiency and data accuracy
  • Legal Compliance & Policy Development
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and CBA provisions
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Organizational Development
  • Lead change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Promote employee engagement and a culture of continuous improvement
  • HR Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
  • Build strong HR capabilities, particularly in labor relations and compliance
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies
  • Strong experience in unionized environments, including CBA negotiation and administration
