Site engineer - Taguig

Job Description

• Lead and oversee all phases of civil engineering construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise on-site construction and ensure quality control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit documentation such as daily logs, billing, permits, and variation orders.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage workforce productivity.
• Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders and report project progress

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
• Experience in construction project management
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction-related software.
• Strong knowledge of local construction laws, DPWH standards, and building codes.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and high organizational capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Site-based or hybrid setup depending on the project.
• May require overtime, weekend work, and travel to project locations.
