Job Description:

Chef Kelly's Flavorful Bites is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier/Service Staff to join our growing team. This role combines front-counter transaction handling with dining service support, ensuring every guest has a smooth and pleasant experience from order to payment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer payments accurately, whether through POS system or manual computation
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers
Maintain accurate cash drawer records and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
Take and relay customer orders clearly to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages to dine-in guests promptly and courteously
Set up, clear, and reset dining tables between guests
Attend to guest needs, inquiries, and special requests during their visit
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and cashier area
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth, efficient transactions and service flow

Work Schedule: 5 days/week, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, or rotating shifts

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

At least a High School graduate
With prior experience in cashiering and/or food service
Knowledgeable in basic POS operations or manual computation
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure
Pleasant, service-oriented personality with good communication skills
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule
