Position: Cashier (Reliever)

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
• Able to perform clerical and administrative tasks efficiently

• Process and issue Official Receipts (OR)
• Encode Petty Cash Vouchers (PCV) in the M3 system
• Handle cash disbursements and related transactions
• Update and maintain checks monitoring records
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

• High level of integrity and accountability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Willing to work on a reliever/temporary basis
