A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
You’ll provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound interactions across voice and/or non-voice channels (calls, chat, and/or email), while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice and/or non-voice channels (calls, chat, and/or email).
- Provide professional customer service with proper communication etiquette across all channels.
- Address customer inquiries and/or resolve concerns by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Escalate issues when necessary following established processes.
- Gather and record customer information, concerns, and/or actions taken in the system.
- Utilize knowledge base tools for product, service, and/or policy information needed to resolve inquiries.
- Continuously learn new tools, systems, and/or processes relevant to the role.
- With relevant BPO and/or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (written and/or verbal)
- Customer-focused mindset
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
