Accounting Analyst (Payables & Receivables) | BGC, Taguig

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
• Review and investigate reconciliation variances, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure month-end reconciliation activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding items and improve reconciliation processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, or a similar finance or accounting role.
• Experience working in a high-volume transaction or shared services environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes and variance analysis.

• Experience with bank, cash, and payment reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and PivotTables.
• Experience with ERP or financial reconciliation systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
