The Technical Support Representative provides technical and customer support for device-related inquiries, resolving operational and troubleshooting issues through timely and effective communication. This role ensures accurate documentation, maintains compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards, and delivers high-quality service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer operational and technical issues related to assigned devices.
• Provide timely, professional, and effective customer support through phone and other communication channels.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in company systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and health information in compliance with company policies and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Apply product knowledge and troubleshooting skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
• Support testing, calibration tools, and other technical functions as needed.
• Serve as a resource for internal teams and cross-functional departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by effectively applying company policies and procedures.
• Mentor team members and provide backup support when required.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.
