We are looking for an experienced Assessment & Psychometrics Lead to design and validate a scalable, data‑driven assessment ecosystem that measures clinical readiness, communication effectiveness, leadership potential, and workforce capability across key healthcare functions.
This role supports Utilization Management, Case Management, Appeals, Triage, and Clinical Abstraction and plays a critical role in hiring accuracy, performance readiness, and leadership pipeline development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assessment Design & Architecture- Develop construct maps covering clinical readiness, communication, leadership, and workforce capability
- Design modular assessments:
- Core readiness module
- Role‑specific clinical modules
- Leadership pipeline module
- Partner with Clinical SMEs to develop realistic scenarios
- Collaborate with Training and Communication SMEs for CEFR alignment
- Ensure leadership content reflects real operational challenges
- Conduct pilot studies across multiple cohorts
- Perform reliability testing, item analysis, construct validation, and fairness checks
- Measure predictive validity against QA scores, escalations, and performance metrics
- Develop defensible cut scores
- Establish readiness tiers (e.g., Operationally Ready, Coachable, Elevated Risk, Leadership Potential)
- Provide interpretation guidance for HR, Operations, and Training teams
- Correlate leadership readiness scores with team performance, attrition, and promotion readiness
- Support leadership acceleration and development programs
- Produce technical and validation documentation for audits and executive review
- Ensure assessment defensibility and compliance best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, I/O Psychology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience building and validating high‑stakes professional assessments
- Strong statistical skills using R, SPSS, or Python
- SHL accreditation is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Scenario‑based or Situational Judgment Test (SJT) development
- Standard‑setting and cut‑score methodologies
- Predictive validity and correlation modeling
- Multi‑construct measurement systems
- End‑to‑end assessment validation
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in healthcare or safety‑critical industries
