Math Teacher (Content and Sales Specialist)

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with prior experience in virtual assistance and math teaching are highly encouraged to apply.

Role Details: This is a full-time position, requiring availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time). A part-time schedule (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Philippine Time) will be observed for the initial three months.

Scope of work:

• MATERIALS PREPARATION

1. Make lesson plans/coach guide for confirmed projects.
2. Make student handbook for awarded programmes.
3. Make slides for awarded programmes.
4. List and request logistics needed for activities.
5. Liaise with trainers, school teachers and other partners as necessary.
6. Make tuition materials for primary students in Singapore.

• COORDINATION WITH SCHOOL CLIENTS

1. Coordinating with schools for confirmed projects
2. Coordinating with Nexus team as a partner for projects

• PROPOSAL PREPARATION

1. Capturing Invitation to Quote (ITQ) request that can be supported
2. Preparing programme proposal for the above ITQs
3. Submission of proposals for review or to Gebiz
4. Following/Tracking up of proposals submitted via email

• EMAIL MARKETING

1. Sending of programme offerings to schools
2. Sending of emails requesting appointments for active ITQs
