Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking system, and HR databases
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks with hiring managers and candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in HR software and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
